How did you loose the weight? Weight watchers& going to the gym!
How does weight watchers work? Points system&tracking your foods as well as weekly weigh-ins and meetings.
Workout routine? Pilates, yoga, walking on an incline on the treadmill, whatever my brother tells me to do lol.
How much do you weigh? 117-120 depending on the day
How tall are you? 5’2
Is it easy? Not at all. The hardest, but most accomplishing thing i have ever done.
How long did it take? About a year and a half-im still improving though
How much weight did you loose? Total of 25 pounds
Should i loose weight? everyone is different, talk to a doctor not me lol.
